Just like a dream came true to Mr. Harker, when he completed his studies at the ‘Skiereilandse Technicon’,  now better known as Cape Peninsula University OF Technology (CPUT), his vision therefore became to let other people’s dream homes become a reality. With 35 years of experience in the architectural business, he prides himself on providing prompt and professional service, to each and every client.

In 2003 we officially opened at our current location, on the corner of Van Riebeeck and Durban Street in Worcester, Western Cape. As the years past and the demand increased, the business quickly expanded to a full team of architectural professionals.

Terence  Harker Architecture offers a variety of services, from house plans, interior designs to heritage and restoration applications and we also do project management and property development.
